Google Review Request Templates

Copy and send these to past clients to grow your Google reviews toward 30+. More reviews = better local search rankings and AI visibility.

Why this matters right now

→Local search rankings: Google surfaces businesses with more reviews higher in Maps and local results for searches like "laser hair removal Attleboro."
→AI visibility: ChatGPT and Claude cite businesses with 30–50+ reviews when answering "best laser hair removal near me" questions. You currently have 10.
→Trust signals: New clients read reviews before booking. More reviews = more bookings from cold traffic.
→Target: Aim for 30+ reviews. Sending to 40–50 past clients should get you there.

Tips for best results

• Replace [Client Name] / [Name] with the client's first name before sending.
• Send within 24–48 hours of their appointment while the experience is fresh.
• SMS gets a higher open rate — use email as a follow-up if no response after 3 days.
• Don't send to clients who had a negative experience — address those privately first.
• Never offer discounts or incentives in exchange for reviews (violates Google's policy).
